In order to be eligible for 85% quota, either the person should have born in that state or the candidate has done 10th and 12th from the same state.

The candidate will not be eligible in that case which you mentioned

for open category, the cut off for bams girls is 280 and 300 for boys.

Are you asking for Sawai Man Singh Medical College, Jaipur? If yes then as per the previous year cutoff the chances seems to be less to get admission there.

It would be tough to tell you about NEET 2018. As per the last year the cutoff marks of King George's Medical University, Lucknow for AIQ seats was around 725 as General category, around 535 as a SC category and 460 as ST category.
