I got 620 with obc certificate, with utter pradesh state quota 484 state rank. I got gsvm. Is there any chance getting kgmc as upgradation
Looks mostly difficult since ur rank is 484 and there are 250 seats only. Anyways wait for the next lists to come up.. Chances are obviously less but let's see. I guess GSVM is also a good medical college to pursue your career and be happy with whatever you have got rather than aiming for more and more. There are many who aren't in the race to get government college this year despite of scoring 500+. There are many fields a medical can pursue B.Sc Hons. in, like : Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Dietetics, Food Technology, Forensic Science, Forestry, Medical Technology, Microbiology, Nursing, Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Genetics, etc.
All these fields are best in themselves but what matters to you should be your interest.

If you certificate is for All India then it's valid if not then it can be used in your state only. Since, it's OBC NCL, you'll get few benefits in your state for sure. Just make sure it's not 6 months older, if it is then please get it renewed.

I got a seat in Chengallpattu medical college with TN rank of 686,is there any chance to get atleast KMC after reallocation
The cutoff marks for the KMC, warangal for the various category candidates are mentioned below for the year 2018 till the last rank.
- Unreserved category candidate-529 with rank 12272
- SC category-421 with rank 61868
- ST category-436 with rank 52293
- BC category-448 with rank 45486
So based on the above range you can have the idea of getting the college as per your rank mentioned. If the seats are vacant after the previous round then you can go for the counselling again and you can get the seat. But before you apply also check the merit rank for the first round released by the admission committee.
