We don't know what will be the cut off. It varies every year. Apply for counselling and hope for the best. Also u an do one thing , try to contact any of the current students there, at least they can tell u what was the lowest score at which admission was given.

Although you have chances of getting a government seat, you cannot get one in either BHU or IPU because they are highly reputable colleges and their closing ranks are higher for all categories.
