As from the BJ Medical college and government medical college bhavnagar, the best one is BJ medical college.

As if we compare the merit marks for both the colleges, then there is huge difference between both of them. For example under the state quota benefit general category last year cuttoff marks for government medical college bhavnagar was 473 and for BJ medical college it was 557. 

If you have much marks around to 550+ then go for BJ medical college, otherwise many other government colleges are also available.
