Hello,
The cutoff marks depend on many factors like the number of students who took the exam, level of the exam and number of seats available among others. Therefore, it isn’t correct to speculate the cutoff marks. However, I can provide you with the last year data which will give you some idea of the cut off marks required.
Firstly, the seat reservation policy of St John's Medical College, Bangalore does not include OBC category, you can check the seat reservation and cut off rank in the table given below-

What is NEET Cut off for Govt. Medical colleges?
Greetings!
Although neet's cut is near 130 marks every year . But if you talk about getting a seat in government medical college then you must aim at scoring high marks.
If you are from general category, then you must aim for at least 550 + marks.
Nothing less than 550 marks will not help you if you want to get a good government medical college.

The fees in Nepalees medical colleges starts from 40 Lakhs to 60 Lakhs (its total for 5 years) while students pay approx 80-90 Lakhs in India to study MBBS in Pvt Medical colleges. This is another reason most of the Indian students move to Nepal for medical studies.
