For your clarirty I can say one thing I can say that any online exam shall be written from a center, there will be some exams at home if that exam is not much important so most of exams will be conducted in centers.

The mop up round would be conducted after the second round of counselling. Online fee payment for the same would be accepted from August 13 to August 15. The results would be declared after 2 or 3 days. And students would have to report the college from August 20 to August 26.

The BiPc counselling is conducted for admission to various Bio Technology,B.Pharmacy and Pharma.D courses.Regarding the second phase of counselling the dates have not yet been announced.The dates can only be predicted by some sources but he offcial information is only known to the official authorities conducting the examination.Wait for the dates to be released for the second phase of counselling.

You will have to approach your college authority regarding this , as ICET slot booking requires a proof of your graduation aggregates.
Without this, you will not be allowed to seek admssion in any of the colleges. Please contact your respective college administration regarding this.
But , as there were w rounds of i-cet counsellings then, of your results came before the 2nd round of icet counselling processes then, you can easily apply for this.
