Yes, pharm D course is available at QIS college. It is a six year  full time doctorate level degree programme offered by Qis college.

Total fees is around 4.08 lakhs.

Eligibility: minimum 45 percent aggregate in class 12th with physics chemistry maths/biology from a recognized  board of education or diploma from a PCI recognized college.

The admission is done through AP EAMCET.

You didn't mention if you belong to any reserved category, so I consider you are from the open one. According to the previous year closing cutoff rank data, you can get some good government colleges for various branches which I am mentioning below:-

JNTUA College of Engineering, Kalikiri (B.Tech Food Technology)- last year's minimum state cutoff rank for this branch was 28,844.

ANU College of Engineering and Technology, Guntur (B.tech Civil)- last year minimum state cutoff rank for this branch was 37,362.

Sri Krishnadevaraya University College of Engineering and Technology, Anantapuram (B.Tech EEE and MECH)- last year minimum state cutoff rank for EEE was 27505 and for MECH was 34148)

College of Agricultural Engineering, Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University, Madakasira (B.Tech Agricultural Engineering)- last year min. state cutoff rank for this branch was 33,904

NTA might release the results today. The results will be announced on the official website: https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/welcome.aspx . Once it is made active, you will find "Download Result" option. Once you click on that, you will have to enter your Registration number. Enter that and your results will appear on the screen. Download that and take a print out. Take multiple copies of print out for your future reference.

The qualification for pharm d differ based on whether it is a pre-baccalaureate or a post baccalaureate program, also it may depend on the college to but basic requirements are:

• 10+2 (for Pre-Baccalaureate programme) and,
• a relevant UG Degree in pharmacy ((for Post-Baccalaureate programme))

So you don't require eamcet.
