The cutoff for any particular All India examination id decided only after it has been conducted and in some cases after declaration of exam dates. Since you are talking about 2022 NEET exam, it is not possible to gain knowledge beforehand. However here are the cutoffs for previous year NEET papers:

For 2020, the expected percentile for General category students is 50.0, while for SC/ST/OBC it is 40 percentile.

See New Education Policy has not made any change in duration of the D.Pharmacy or D.Pharma course.It is a 2-year full-time diploma course designed to produce candidates to work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist in hospitals, community pharmacies, and other pharmaceutical-related fields.

One can enroll in this course after completing his/her higher secondary education in science stream with physics, chemistry and either biology or maths as subjects.

fees of D Pharma may vary institute to institute , to know fees of any particular college kindly help us with the name of that particular college , however for your here i am telling you the average course fee of D pharma may range in between INR 10,000 to 1,00,000.
