Well for now you don't have to do anything. Some colleges require students to register once before the exam like indraprastha university and jamia Hamdard medical college. But most of them sits in the central and state counseling conducted after the results are announced and then admission is done.

As per your rank in NEET PG exam and previous year cutoff,  you will get no colleges with this rank. It is such a biiger rank.

Last year Santosh medical college and hospital rank goes upto 71000 for anesthesia and orthopedics. Sacred Heart College, Kochi offers 16 UG and 15 PG programs. Admission for UG courses are based on the marks scored in 10+2.For admission in BA Animation and Graphic Design there will be an aptitude test and interview.The application  for UG courses is done in the month of May.

Mar Ivanios College ,Thiruvananthapuram offers several courses in B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, M.Sc, M.Com (//M.Com) and M.Phil.The admission for UG courses is done on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2.The application for the same begins in the month of May.
