Yes you can do it. There is no problem in giving NEET entrance exam for getting MBBS seat. But you need to see if your college takes bond for leaving the college.
Generally in medical field, if you want to leave the seat, you need to pay bond amount and then you can take the documents from that college. Without paying it, you cannot get your original documents which are required for the NEET admission and counselling
