Generally there are few medical criteria which one need to fulfill in order to be found perfectly fit for merchant navy.
When seeking a job for a higher post, not being colorblind is considered better. The optically fit person will get more preference than the colorblind ones.

I am passed in 5 subjects mathematics, chemistry , English ,data entry, physical education,but I am not passed in physics can I give exams of merchant navy.
The eligibility criteria for Merchant Navy is that you should pass your 10+2 with PCM and have at least 55% marks in your 10+2. Normal vision is preferred but glasses upto +2.5 or -2.5 is allowed.
As you didn't have Physics you aren't eligible for Merchant Navy examinations.

In Merchant Navy, Chief Officer is very senior post and direct entry is hardly available there. In order to get the post of Chief Officer first of all you have to serve for third officer and second officer post then you will get promoted to the post of chief engineering when you will gain some experience. Now to get into the post of third officer, process is described below :-
** Very first thing, you should have passed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
** Then you have to go for some bachelor's program (enlisted below) and for admission to most of the bachelor's program some entrance exams are conducted as given below but there some institutions that offer admission on the basis of merit in class 12th :-

==>> JEE-Advance
==>> IMU CET and so on.
** Now after appearing for any of the above entrance exam, you have to take admission in any of the enlisted engineering course on the basis of result of entrance examination :-

But we can expect in near future it might happen.
As of now they get salary on term of the contract basis with the company they are employed in.

Yes you can join merchant navy after doing your vtrch in mechanical engineering. You need to under go a one year graduate marine engineering course (GME) course after the btech to enter into merchant navy which give licence to be a marine engineer.
The eligibility conditions are
1.mechanical engineering graduation with 50 percent minimum marks in final year .
2.Minimum 50 percent marks in english language at 10th or 12th or in degree exam
3. Age limit 28 years old
4.Satisfy health requirements and physical fitness that are necessary to join the navy .

You can become a Merchant Navy officer by appearing for IMUCET and taking admission in Marine colleges. The the basic eligibility for Diploma in nautical sciences is that you need to get sponsored by a shipping company that guarantees you work after completing your course. The examination for entry into DNS courses is done twice a year and you can have a go for it if you have completed your 12th from are recognised State/ Central board.
