You might get these in NIT Raipur this year -

WHICH NIT IS BEST FOR DOING METALLURGICAL AND MATERIAL SCIENCE ENGINEERING ?
Hello Sudhakar,
NIT Jamshedpur is well known for Metallurgy. But I suggest you take NIT Trichy since it's the best NIT & placement will definitely good. Also, you will get much better peer group & Campus Culture. Apart from these, NIT Durgapur & NIT Rourkela do have good Metallurgy department.
Good luck!
Which is best option to join IIT Kharagpur metallurgical or NIT Trichy Metallurgy
If you have an option for IIT KHARAGPUR then definitely go for it as it is considered as one of the top IITs of India. Metallurgy branch has also a decent record there. Go for it and if not possible then only opt for NIT Trichy.
Good luck.
