Candidates should pass the qualifying examination in the Science stream with biology as a mandatory subject.
For calculating index mark at mg, you have to first take the sum of your marks in 4 subjects. (Not english and second language). You will get 50 mark each as weightage for your 3 optional subjects plus 15 marks for ncc/nss/ex-servicemen. Sum of all these gives your index marks.
