I'm a bit unclear about your query, however, i guess you wish to teach students studying microbiology and are unsure which subject to start with.
In that case, it depends which subject you're strong in and where does your interest lie. From my end, i can suggest Immunology or general microbiology to begin with. And then you can move on to difficault topics such as biochemistry and microbial genetics, once you become strongs with the fundamental concepts.
Food microbiology is another area you can teach and also one of the most interesting ones. It is one of the topics found in the syllabus of many allied areas such as nutrition and dietetics, food science, biotechnology, etc.

if i take Microbiology what is scope in india or abroad..
Microbiology is a huge field and it covers various topics such as> plant microbe interaction, fermentation and other industrial use, medical usage, food industry etc. So when asking one needs to be really specific. The scope varies according to the type of job you want, if you want to be in research area and become a professor or scientist or you want to be in r & d in an industry or something else? Every country has its own scope. There are so many universities around the globe that requires scientific minds to contribute and guide the future generation. As far as industry is concerned it also depends where you want to settle down and what kind of area you are interested in. In general pharma industries could be one good choice. Quality control in microbial labs is also another interesting job option.

It totally depends on your interest. According to my point of view, both fields are better. Both fields are quite inter-related to each other. Biotechnology depends on many basic laboratory techniques of microbiology, while further development of microbiology is highly dependent on biotechnological methods, it is actually common to share the same job opportunities, having a Biotechnology degree opens up many more doors, in various fields like industrial processes, management jobs while microbiology jobs are more research-oriented. The staff strives for the overall development of the students and organizes presentations by students to hone their communication skills. Class tests and tutorials are conducted. Study visits to industries, institutes, and organizations are arranged to increase their understanding of workplace requirements and give them exposure to the applications of Microbiology.
