For best option you can join any cocaching center or you can join online courses.

So you should learn first any programming like c c++ or java .

Then you will understand the progamming language.

So there are too many apps in which you can make apps.

Maily any body can make the apps but the point is how your app is good and different.

There is no specific minimum qualification for this career. However, a person looking forward to learn Mobile Application Development is desired have received some sort of computer programming training either from a school/college or a training center & a sound knowledge of  JAVA is required to develop mobile apps. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent diploma in Computer Science Engineering is thought to be a strong foundation for this job.

In the present scenario, it is better to go for the core field of Electrical as there is vast scope for building a lasting career and derive maximum job satisfaction. Though CS candidates get jobs quickly, many are not satisfied with the job profile and there is the threat of losing the job after 5-6 years as IT Companies keep constantly recruiting fresh candidates and a retain minimum number of experienced people.
