I scored 446 in NEET-21 rank-137252 can I get govt mbbs seat in karnataka if iam from telanagana through state quota? My mother language is KANNADA
Hello aspirant,
There are mainly two ways if you want to have admission in government medical colleges of Karnataka- either through state quota or through All India quota. But as you are from Telangana you are only eligible for All India quota for government colleges of Karnataka. And at your score it will be difficult for you to get admission in government college of any state through All India quota counselling.
In Karnataka you can take admission in private dental colleges via open category. As Karnataka allows other states' students to take admission in private medical colleges. So you can get seat in some private medical colleges both in your state and other such as:
- M V J Medical College, Banglore
- A J Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalore
- S D M college of Medical Sciences, Dharwad
- Navodaya Medical College, Raichur
- Ayaan Institute of Medical Sciences
But remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff. For more college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool too which provides you elaborate information regarding the suitable colleges:

in jee mains 2021 , Is it necessary to submit EWS form in English language? Can I submit EWS form in my mother language? Because lawer said that validity of EWS form in mother language (gujarati) is 3 years and in English it is only for 2 months. So plz help me what to do?
Hello Aspirant,
See the EWS certificate which you have to upload in JEE-Main 2021 application form should be issued by the competent authorities and you name should be in the central list of EWS reservation beneficiaries and also in the information brochure of JEE-Main there is nothing mentioned about the language of caste certificate so if it would be in Hindi or English then it would be much better and as you have mentioned the validity of caste certificate so let me make you clear that any kind of EWS certificate either it has been issued on state level or central level it is valid for only one year from the date of issue. So if your certificate is certified by the competent authorities as mentioned in the information brochure of JEE-Main 2021 then it will be applicable and then the language of certificate does not matter . Suppose if you don't have your certificate right now then you can apply for it and can submit the undertaking in the section of caste certificate. The Undertaking can be downloaded from the official website of NTA, for your reference I have mentioned the link below :-
https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/webinfo2021/File/GetFile?FileId=5&LangId=P
When you will go through the above mentioned link, it will open a PDF and on Page No. 9 you will find the undertaking, from there you can download it.

Note that the photographs or images which you will be uploading for JEE-Main 2021 should be as same as the criteria set by NTA which are enlisted below as per the official information brochure released by NTA :-
> The recent photograph should be either in colour or black/white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
> File size for candidate’s photograph should be in the range of 10 kb - 200 kb. File size for candidate’s signature should be in the range of 4kb - 30kb.
> File size for duly verified result awaited attestation form should be in the range of 50kb - 500kb.
> File size for category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) should be in the range of 50kb to 300KB.
> File size for PwD certificate should be in the range of 50kb - 300kb in jpg/jpeg format.
Some insights of JEE-Main 2021 :-
> To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria but yes if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should score a minimum aggregate of 75% in your class 12th if you belongs to General/Unreserved category and 65% if you belongs to any of the reserved category.
> Also from this year according to New Education Policy the JEE-Main examination will be conducted in English, Hindi and other regional languages such as Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Odia and Malayalam.
> In JEE-Main 2021 there will be total 90 question out of which you have to attempt only 75 (25 from each section) and there will be two sections for each subject, Section-A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)(20 compulsory questions) and Section-B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value (10 numerical based questions out of which only 5 are compulsory to be attempted).
> In Section B, candidates have to attempt any five questions out of 10. There will be no negative marking for Section B.
> All question will be of 4 marks and in MCQs there will be negative marking of (-1) on incorrect attempt.
