According to the rules of Delhi University to avail the benefits of reserved category candidates during admission, candidates need to submit the OBC-NCL category certificate issued by the central government on or after 31st March,2021. Certificate will not be accepted if it issued by any state goverment or any other authority. And as you mentioned that you have OBC certificate issued by the MP Government, it makes it non-acceptable. You need to submit centralized OBC certificate.

Going by the last year's trend, the minimum marks that got admission in Government Medical College through state quota counselling was, 530 in Government Medical College, Shivpuri.
