See actually both IGNOU and tiss are very good institute. And masters of social work is worth from IGNOU also. But one thing you should remember that the full social work is completely practical life basis. So you should do it via any regular course. That's why my advice is you should go for the another college.

However you can download the syllabus and model question fpr entrance test from the official website - https://www.tezuadmissions.in/public/Syll_Model%20Q_HSS_TUEE2020.pdf

This will help you to know the nature of questions asked in the question paper.
