I am hoping that you are absolutely fine and well. As per your mentioned query, i would like to know you that yes you can give GATE exam from Biotechnology. But it will be hinder at the time of admission in colleges and PSU as most of the college and PSU not accepting it. So, i am suggesting you to write your GATE exam from ECE so that you will not face any difficulty in future.
