I have applied for FYBCOM & FYBMS in Mumbai University. If i take admission for FYBCOM in any of the colleges will my application form for FYBMS get cancelled?

As far as you don't have to attend the course physically, you can have done both the courses if either one was from a distance education course of Mumbai University. If either of course was from distance learning & you needn't sit physically for the lectures, you could have done both. But since I am not aware of that information, I can not help out there a bit. Have you tried contacting the Mumbai university officials to ask the same query? Ask them via email or call. I'd suggest you to ask them the same doubt.
Now that the new education policy has come, but it may take time for the implementation.

Answer laterif there is geography subject in hsc science instead of maths from maharashtra hsc board then in Mumbai university admission form maths Marks left blank? as there is note " science students must fill maths mark, otherwise form get rejected ", how to fill form?

If you really want to pursue enginerring in the future then you must go for mathematics and yes iot's quite important. Yes it's mandatory for science students to have maths in order to fill the form.

Now the date of Mumbai university admission form for UG courses have been extende upti 14 Aug. But what about individual college forms? All the colleges have closed admissions on 4 or 5 august. I have filled the Mumbai university form but Now if I want to apply to the college how do I apply?

If I dont get an admission in the college of my choice in the first Merit List then is it compulsory to take admission in that college or can I cancel my admission there and wait for the second/third merit list?

Coming to your question if you do not get an admission in the college of your choice then it is not compulsary to take admission wait for the further round counselling may be if some one left or not get a seat than that vacant seat is alloted to the other, just wait for all the rounds results .
