Hello there!
Hope you are doing fine.
Answer to your query is Yes.
As per the information available online, you can take admission in B.Sc. while preparing for engineering.
When you get admission in engineering, you can leave B.Sc. then.
Many students prepare for engineering and medical along with studying Bachelor's.
Hope it helps.
Stay safe.
Good luck !!

i have 6 subjects in class 12 marksheet but i have uploaded marks of top 5 subjects in mumbai university form. will it be valid??
Hello,
Yes dear. It will be valid. Because 12th class marks depend on your top 5 marks not total 6 marks. You have to give any upcoming examination or application form the total marks of top 5 subject. And it will valid genuinely.

I forget to attend online mumbai university exam
Hello Aspirant ,
Unfortunately there's nothing you can do if you miss those online proctured exams. You should be more responsible next time and keep date of all your exams and timings so you can be well prepared. Forgetting your exams is a waste of time and money , giving you less scope for admission.
will mumbai university conduct entrance test for science ug courses in this year? do I need to start my preparation now? how will I prepare? on what basis will the syllabus be?
Hello,
Mumbai University does not conduct entrance exam for UG courses. It will release it's pre admission forms in July itself. The candidates have to fill in their personal, educational and additional details in order to register for the same. The selection will be further done on Merit basis (marks secured in 10+2).
To get updates on the pre admission form, it's release how to fill etc visit https://www.google.com/amp/s/university.careers360.com/articles/mumbai-university-admission/amp
