Yes, you might face an issue even if you get admission to any of the business school in 2024 after appearing for the CAT in 2023. Assuming, that the duration of the MCom programme is two-years. It means that when you get admission to the business school, you will be in the second year of your Master's degree programme (MCom). As of now you cannot pursue two degree courses simultaneously at the same time in regular mode. Therefore, you will be required to leave your MCom degree after the completion of the first year. Secondly, MBA programmes in most of the business schools are the residential programmes. Therefore, it is not possible to pursue two degree programmes at the same time together.

The admission to BAMS courses will be held on the basis of NEET scores .
Admission to BAMS courses is done in only Ayurvedic colleges which is affiliated to the respective universities, which are permitted by Department of AYUSH, Union Government of India.
For general category student,one must secure 50th percentile,For SC/ST/OBC(including PwD of SC/ ST/ OBC) category one must secure 40th percentile in,For,UR PwD student one must secure 45th percentile in NEET examination.

You have no chance of getting government BAMS college.
