which one is better St Xaviers college Kolkata or narsee monjee college of commerce and economics mumbai for bcom Hons course.
Hello,
Both the colleges are good but if you want to compare the college ranking wise. Then obviously St. Xavier's College Kolkata comes before St Xavier's College Mumbai. Because St. Xaviers College (Autonomous) Kolkata, has secured 7th Rank in National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2020.
You can decide which College you want to choose.
All the best.
which university should I prefer symbiosis or nmims?
If you are asking about MBA then i would suggest you to choose NMIMS over Symbiosis.
Actually if you compare bot these colleges then you will get to know that both these are at par but still NMIMS has a little edge over Symbi in Teaching department.
There are some issues regarding Hostels in NMIMS as it is limited and it follows first come first serve method.
But overall NMIMS.
I want to do M.B.A . from distance learning. Which Faculty is good NMIMS or ICFAI
Dear Aspirant,
NMIMS is an institution and the faculty are experts of their field. They have 80 PhDs, 120 faculty members are from IITs and IIMs, 400+ years of teaching experience and 800+ years of industry experience. While ICFAI is an University. Hence you have to look for the particular College as MBA Distance learning program under ICFAI is offered at IBS Hyderabad, Sikkim, Tripura, Dehradun, Meghalaya, Nagaland and many more. So you have to look for the faculty of that particular College from where you want to wish to pursue this course.
For Distance learning program in MBA, ICFAI is more reliable as you get a degree while from NMIMS you will get a diploma.
Hope this helps

Hello Aspirant,
As per the reservation criteria prescribed by the government OBC will get reservation of 27% seats in higher educational institutions. If you are going to take admission in NMIMS, Mumbai or any affiliated college of that like MPSTME , so they also provide reservation for different reserved castes.
If you apply through OBC category for admission than you will have to produce the valid caste certificate at the time of document validation. Note that without valid caste certificate you will not be treated from reserved category.

Hi
According to the official link
https://mathematics.nmims.edu/docs/B.Sc%20Mathematics%20(Honours)%20-%202020%20Admission%20Info.pdf this could mean either that your rank in the merit list is 9 (if by merit number you mean the number in merit list). If this is not the case, it could also mean that this is your merit score, which is calculated in the above link.
Hope this helps!
