Which college is better according to you Vivekanand institute of professional studies or NMIMS Indore campus which was established in 2017
Hi Candidate! According to me Vivekananda institute is better than NMIMS. The facilities of faculties, infrastructure ,culture, academics, all things are well and good in comparison with NMIMS. And in case of placements also Vivekananda is better from NMIMS.
So I prefer you to choose Vivekananda rather than NMIMS.
Wish you all the best and choose your college wisely.
Thanks.

GLC Mumbai or NMIMS Mumbai for Law?
Government Law college and NMIMS Mumbai both are good law colleges in Mumbai.
But GLC Mumbai is definitely better as it is among the top Law colleges in India. It is the oldest Law college in India too. The faculty and opportunities there would be better. Also, GLC Mumbai is a government college hence the fee is also a lot lower. There are good placements in both the colleges but placements opportunities in GLC Mumbai will be better as it is really good reputed and old college. There has bewn a past record of placements from top law firms like AZB, Amarchand Mangaldas etc. Hence if you have a choice between the two, GLC Mumbai would be a better choice among the two.
Best of luck
My rank in clat 2019 is 3303 , what i should expect now? Can i expect nirma or nmims or main campus of ipu ?
Hello Ujjwal !
Kirti P. Mehta School of law ( NMIMS )and NIRMA University are considered as one of the prestigious law imparting institutions. IThese are good options to consider after the top NLUs. They have highly professional and qualified faculy, student friendly environment and certainly good level of academics. They have active placements with average salary package as 8-10 lacs per annum.
Generally rank upto 4000 is good enough for admissions in both the Universities and if your rank is well within the range then getting admission here will not be tough.
For IPU Main campus i.e USLLS the probability for admission is 50%percent. You may or may not get a seat. Since the cutoff has been high and it is the first time IPU and affiliated colleges will offer admission on CLAT basis and not IPU CET, less can be predicted. But your rank is decent and it there are vacancies then you might land up there. Otherwise there are other good Colleges in IPU i.e Amity University and VIPS where you can definitely expect a seat.
However these are predictions, there can be slight variations in the actual allotment.
All the best!
I scored 60.82% in lsat , can I get admission in nmims??
There is no different passageway test. This is an affirmation system where candidates are offered confirmations in light of the cut off endorsed by ISAT.
For SC/ST/PWD
ISAT Minimum Cutoff Marks
For
OBC candidates, the ISAT 2017 Cutoff will be kept at 90% of what is landed at
for GEN candidates and for ST, SC, and PD candidates, the Cutoff will be kept
at the half.
What is the cut off of nmims college for barch course??
Students are admissted in NMIMS college for B.arch course on the following criteria:-
1. The candidate should be 12th or diploma passed students with maths and english as compulsary subjects in the first attempt obtaining atleast 50% aggregate marks.
2.The candidate then can apply for NATA exam which is the entrance exam to get B.ARCH in NMIMS.
The candidate need to score atleast 70 out of 200 to get a seat in NMIMS COLLEGE for B.ARCH course.
There are around 40-50 seats in NMIMS for b.arch so the competition is also high.
Hope this may help you.
Is there bcom honours program here ?
Hello Aspirant!
Hope you are doing well
Yes there is bcom(honours) course in Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. The emphasis of the B.Com (Hons.) course is to impart to the student's specialized skill sets in the areas of finance, accounting and taxation with a view to careers in financial services. While there is enough diversity in the knowledge base for the B. Com graduates to excel in any field of enterprise of their choice, the primary focus is for them to function as top notch executives in the financial services industry in different fields of operation.
Hope this helps you :)
