Yes you can apply for the third phase of NATA 2021.The officials has also announced NATA phase 3 exam dates. NATA 2021 phase 3 exam is scheduled to be conducted on September 3. Though the officials have announced the dates of the third phase exam of NATA 2021 they have not yet released the application form. The officials have not released any dates for the application form keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. It is expected that the officials will soon release the application form.
can anyone suggest which college is best in architecture without a declaration of nata exam
There are various colleges that offer artitechture courses without NATA scores. These colleges are given below:

All these colleges offers admission into their B.Arch. program through management quota seats.
for architecture nata and jee is compulsory for admission
Yes it is compulsory for government colleges and the prestigious School of Planning and Architecture. Most of the universities take both scores of NATA (National Aptitude test in Architecture) and JEE.
But there are top private colleges that take admission without jee or nata, they conduct admission with their private exams like:

Nata score should be 50% or more than 140 , and your 12th result should be over 50%.

If you have just passed your 11th and come to your 10+2 level in 2021 then you are not eligible for NATA 2021. Candidates should have passed 10+2 level or equivalent from a recognized board are eligible to give NATA exam. The minimum marks criteria for BArch admissions 2021 is relaxed as announced by Union Education Minister and also by CoA due to the ongoing pandemic. Council of Architecture (COA) is accepting NATA 2021 application form for second test till June 30. NATA 2021 application form link is available at the official website nataregistration.in.
I got 72 marks in NATA exam and I got 94 percentage in class 12. can I get admission in jnafau college?

The Admission process in JNAFAU (Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University is done via two exams - NATA/JEE Mains. The minimum score to get admission in this university is 140 In NATA exam from previous year cut off. For Merit score your Percentage marks of 12+ is required too. Basically the merit score is combination of your marks in NATA and percentage marks in 12+ divided by 2.
As you scored 72 marks in NATA exam and 94 percentage in Class 12, The merit score goes like ,
72/2+94 = 130 .
The minimum Qualifying marks are 70/200, You have just qualified for NATA exam.
I suggest you to apply for phase two exam. As NATA is conducted twice a year. So prepare well and get 140+ score next time, To get admission in JNAFAU. Hope this information helps you. All the best for your career.

The thing is that, the number of seats in JNFAU in the open category is only 45 per year, hence the cut offs are usually very high. You will need a NATA score of around120-130. But you have a good board results, congratulations on that.
You might give it a shot.
With your present nata score, it may not be possible to get an admission but with the percentage of board result and if you are a SC/ST candidate, there may be a chance of getting selected.
