National Education Policy is yet to be implemented, MPhil is going to be discontinued after its implementation, most probably from next academic year there will be no more enrollment regarding MPhil program and there has been no such announcement about abolishment of NET or SET for that matter in NEP 2020.

Yes, the new education policy will be applicable to all the colleges and all the universities. There is no doubt in it. The new changes will be announced shortly for it. However it will take about 1 year to implement. Hope that the information provided is useful to you.
