Further, your form will not be rejected as teh category is mistakenly filled but they will accepts it.

You can correct this at time when the application form correction window oipens again.

As per the schedule prescribed the authorities, the exam will be conducted on March 6, 2022. This is the expected date, for the NEET MDS exam. However, due to this endemic situation, may be the exam will be postponed. But there are chances that it do not. There is no need to worry as it happens with many of the students as I have heard about it and even it happens with me too. In this case you just try to know that if the fees is submitted or not of the application.

If it is not submitted then again pay the fees doesn't matter as the previous money was deducted from your wallet/bank. And again don't press the back button until it gets processed just press continue if any pop up also appeared.

And the Deducted balance will be refunded to your wallet/bank in just after 2-3 business days.

As you have doubt about what surname to enter, don't worry about it. According to NEET instructions you have to follow.

As per the NEET instructions you have to enter the surname which you have in BDS or else if possible you can also do one more thing you can apply for a name change certificate for which you need to provide your marriage certificate. They'll be giving a certificate which indicates your surname change in that case you can put your new surname which is in your Aadhar card and pan card. If this process is not possible then you can go as per NEET instructions and give name which is in your BDS certificates.

Please note that The registration process will be divided into two steps. Following the examination, the second step of registration will begin in May/June 2022.

• The NEET application procedure will include the following steps: online registration, filling out the application details, submitting a scanned image of your photograph and signature, paying the application fee, and printing your application and fee payment receipt.
