The cutoff varies year to year. With this score the chances are average. As a general category you require arround 100 marks to get admission in NISER.

The difficulty level of NEST exam changes very year. So there cannot be any exact cutoff. but on an average you need to score about 60–65% marks in NEST to get into NISER for General Catagory.

As you have mentioned that you have secured 102 marks,then im sorry to say you that you might not be able to get into it.
