I am not well prepared for the NEST exam(2021). What advice will you give to prepare for the exam in the remaining days?
Hi there,
National Entrance Screening Test or NEST is an examination that supports talented students. It is a mandatory exam for those students who wished to get themselves enrolled in the National Institute of Science Education and Research or NISER.
Eligibility criteria: A Candidate must have cleared their class 12th with a minimum of 60% marks aggregated. It is 55% for the reserved category.
Coming to your point of giving you preparation tips.
See, firstly you should clear your mind from any doubt regarding your sectionals performance in the main examination. I am mentioning this because neither you have seen your performance nor the result. So stop thinking about this.
Feeling of not enough preparation might give anxiety to you. You should start revising what you have studied so far to score the best you can. As the examination is going to be held on 14 August 2021.
So, rather than thinking about the result. Revise whatever you have studied and be confident with that.
If you have any issue with negative thoughts then I would suggest you compete and keep yourself busy in the works because overthinking may have negative impacts on you. So, Be stress-free and look for your future.
It is high time so do not waste a single minute. Push yourself for the best!!
Wishing you very good luck dear candidate!
Thank you:)

2. Subjects must be Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology as compulsory subject from recognised board of secondary education.
3. You will be admitted to IAT only through KVPY, JEE Advanced or State and Central Board Channel (SCB)

2. In 12th minimum 60% for GEN/OBC and 55% for SC/ST/PwD.
JEE MAIN:- Pass 12th with PCM and 75% marks criteria for GEN candidate.
ISI KOLKATA :- Again you have to acquire a minimum % of 60 with PCM.
IACS:- It's also have same criteria of PCM with a minimum 60%, for reserved candidate 55%.
In short for the availability for giving these exams you have to quality your PCM with an aggregate percentage of 75%. Hope this will help you.
