if you are more interested in getting placed and get a job rather than following your interest, the easiest way will take a software branch (Computer science, information and technology, electrical, electronics) .these four branches always have higher placement statistic comparing to any other branches.please take another branch only if you are very interested in it otherwise u will be hurt after knowing the placement truth. The thing you should do to sit in jossa counselling fill all top nit to low nit ranking college, be careful fill only these four branches into your list.you would get ur best nit college with the best branch ultimately.

To get into NIT's you need to qualify JEE MAIN and have a good score in it.
