I think your rank is good but for best options you have check out the last year cut off and coresponding ranks and than you will get the full approximation about admission.

It is very difficult to get any NITs, IITs, or GFTIs but still you need to give a try. So, just go for counseling and maybe you might get some college. But you can not get a good branch and good college too.

Sorry to say but you cannot get into NIT Goa with you rank above 1 lakh. The cutoff rank does not even exceed 50000. So you have no chances. Sorry. Hey you can also try for the Gratis, where you may get a seat. Or you can go for some good private engineering colleges which admit on the basis of JEE mains rank. With you rank you might also get a fee waiver. So please make a wise decision and work hard for the next four years.
