It is quite difficult to indicate the cut off percentile for admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering in NIT, Hamirpur because the cut off changes every year and the percentile vs rank trend changes every year. Last year in round 6 of JoSAA counselling the cut off was as follows for admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering in National Institute of Technology Hamirpur for OBC-NCL category

• Home state: 46419
• Other state: 5426

Considering the previous year cut off you need to score minimum 97 percentile or above in JEE Main if you belong to Himachal Pradesh. If you belong to any other state then you need to score minimum 99 percentile or above in JEE Main.

The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

I am really very very sorry to say this but the rank and percentile mentioned above , you will not be able to get a seat in some NIT and also not in NIT Hamirpur  , But yes you can definitely get a seat in other home state government colleges . If you want , you can also participate in CSAB , their you might get a seat . But do remember it all depends on availability of vacant seats there .

Closing rank for CSE in NIT Hamirpur is as follows (for GEN-EWS):

For OPEN Seat, closing rank: 1663 (Gender-Neutral) and 4101 (Female-only (including Supernumerary) )

For HS Seat, closing rank: 7985 (Gender-Neutral) and 15734 (Female-only (including Supernumerary) )

Which means that you can into NIT Hamirpur for CSE under Female Only seats and if you have HS quota then under Gender Neutral seat as well.
