see you have not mention in which category you belongs to. rank and cutoff varies category to category. i assume you are general category and your rank will be around 66591 - 78741. as per last year cutoff he may have chances in civil, electrical, chemical, ece , materials science of engineering stream.

The Questions  will be based on fundamentals of drawing, although the UCEED exam does not have a drawing section. Get  insight into concepts  and theories of drawing, such as perspective, human figure and proportion, shade, shadows and textures.

You must practice previous years’ question papers to get idea what kind of questions asked in the exam.

Read Newspapers, Magazines for Current affairs and also  Improve your vocabulary, General knowledge.

see artificial intelligence  and internet of things are new cutting edge technologies. any stream of btech students can pursue this. as it is new in industry thats why it may not included in any colleges cse syllabus. now come to  computer networking, it is included in cse, ece, electrical, IT, applied electronics branches syllabus of btech. there is no computer science courses in india with the specialization in the mentioned subjects of yours. computer science engineering is a 4 year course and you will get opportunity to learn many things including AI, IOT, computer networking etc.
