which is good for cse, nit jamshedpur, nit durgapur or bit mesra?
Hello,
In compare of all three colleges CSE branch.
NIT Jamshedpur is better than NIT Jamshedpur and BITS Mesra
- Infrastructure: BIT Mesra leads by a huge margin. Infrastructure of NIT Dgp and NIT Jsr is in ruins. The current academic building is under renovation since past few years.
- Academics: I don't know about BIT Mesra but in NIT Durgapur they only teach you enough to pass the semester. However, on the plus side, it's easy to score a decent CGPA in branches like CSE, IT, ECE, ME.
- Placement: It is almost the same in all the colleges. However, in CSE and IT branch, NIT Dgp and NIT Jsr has better placement record. Also, a NIT tag puts some weight on your CV.
- Fees: Obviously, NIT Dgp and NIT Jsr is cheaper.
Conclusion: NIT Jamshedpur is preferable in CSE.
Thank You

Which is better to choose IIIT kalyani for CS or NIT JAMSHEDPUR for metallurgy??If interest factor not to be considered
Hi Vivek!
Both colleges provide good infrastructure facilities such as smart classrooms, well-equipped labs, sports ground, internet facilities etc. Also, as both are government colleges so there are no high charges for fee. The faculty members are highly skilled and knowledgeable in their subjects.
Coming to the placements, NITs and IIITs both are considered among top colleges of India, so definitely there are plethora of placement opportunities with good packages. But, as you have choice between metallurgy and CSE, I would suggest you to go for CSE as this branch is highly popular and demanded. Moreover, CSE has good scope in future and almost all the companies are turning toward digitalization.
Hope it helps to clear your dilemma, Choose Wisely!
Thankyou!
which is better cse at nit patna or ece atn nit jamshedpur?
See both the institutes are very good. Now you have to choose among this two based on your interest in the course. If you are interested in CSE go for NIT PATNA and if you are interested in ECE then go for NIT JAMSEDHPUR.
Now if you are asking this question from a placement perspective point then I would recommend you that you should go for NIT JAMSEDHPUR. The average packages of NIT J is better than NIT P. But apart from this there are no such big difference between these two institutes.

Do metallurgy guy can sit for CS placement in NIT jamshedpur ??If not so what can he do to grab high packages like what the CS guy gets ??
Dear Student,
No, he can't sit in the placement drive of the CS, they ask only CSE and IT to sit in their campus round and somewhere ECE also but not the metallurgy student.
To get the placement or post like CSE students you need to some into the field of programming, learn any language, make various projects, and every IT stuff you need to do and understand then you will be able to grab the post of any IT company and you need to choose the off campus placement method because in college they will not allow you but in outside you can join any company you want you have the required skill.
Good Luck :)
