You will enjoy a lot and have a lot to do in different technical team also .And if you are interested in placement then it is also too good as some big companies such as tata steel , Vedanta , Hindalco,Jsw steel and many others visited every year

For getting admission in any NIT/IIIT, you need to score atleast 75% marks in class 12th. So, as you have only 62%, you won't be able to get admission there.

no you cn avisit there you have to vist the allocated centre for teh doccumnet verification as you application number is there for the verification. all the best hvae agreat future haead.
