Whilw having a score of 81.12% in Jee mains, and belonging to the S C category, you have a chance of getting admission into NIT Silchar under the SC quota. The cutoffs for SC candidates are generally lower than those for the General category.

However, admission to specific branches like CSE or ECE might still be challenging, as these branches have higher cutoffs. You are more likely to secure a seat in branches like Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.

Based on your rank and caste and branch you pick will allot a particular college  and as per your rank and category  its really hard to get admission as per previous years cutoff rank but for few courses like mechanical  you have few chances to get admission try your luck and for more information go to below link

JEE-Main 2020 cut-offs has not released yet so I can guide you according to previous year's cut-offs. As per the data given by you about yourself you need to have rank in the range from of 1500-1800 because last year's cut-off for Home state ST category Males was 1868 and for Female it was 1603. On the basis of rank it is little bit difficult to predict marks because now marks are not declared only percentiles are declared so you should have more than 92 percentile.
