This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/percentile/rank required in JEE mains to get a seat as cut off  keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.

In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 , 198 sc rank was the closing rank for gender neutral for sc category for other state in National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli for computer science engineering

Yes there is quite a good chance in getting seats in NIT Trichy SC category in  streams like mechanical,civil and electrical.The cutoff rank for CSE remains about 700-1500.However the cutoff for streams like Mechanical,Civil,chemical is a bit high and you can opt for them in second to third rounds.

Yes, since you are from Female Category as well as OBC Quota, I believe you have fair chances in securing a seat in B.Arch at some of the Good NITs and other Top Architecture Institutes accepting JEE Main Paper 2 Score. As far as NIT Trichy is concerned, I believe you have moderate to good chances, but try improving over the next 2 Attempts of JEE.
