All the admission for jee mains and advanced are through JoSAA and the basic rule that they follow.

JosAA decides the allocation of the seats that are provided to you.

So you will have to register yourself for JOSAA counselling and they will conduct rounds,according to seats alloted to you can can either slide,freeze and float the selection.

So there is nothing you can do you just will have to abide by the rules that are set

If you belong to the general category, chances would be less of getting admission in NIT Warangal or any other NITs.

Cut-off for nit Warangal changes each year and also for different branches the cutoff are different and like in 2018 for computer science the closing rank for other state was 1745 and for biotechnology it was 24447.

Yes Jee mains is the only entrance exam by which you could get admissions in that college.you need to clear the cutoff score of that college of the respective year for getting admissions in NIT warangal.

Yes, first of all congratulations for getting a seat at MANIT Bhopal. You can certainly report to any of the NITs/ IIITs or GFTIs for the counselling process. You need to report to MANIT only after the completion of all the seven rounds of counselling for final admission.
