Is anyone from Bhopal, cleare CLAT, and gets NLIU, Bhopal, and not willing to stay in his own home instead of the hostels! I want to know if NLIU will allow this or not? Hoping to hear from you soon!
Every hostel has distinct policy and prerequisites for allowing accommodation. Most of the times, preference is given to outstation students or the ones with good scores. However, it is always advisable to speak with the hostel authorities regarding the details and eligibility.

NLUI, Bhopal takes admission to its 5 year BA.LLB course on the basis of CLAT scores and it has its own seat matrix and seats reserved for students having domicile of Madhya Pradesh i.e. state domicile students.
To answer your question, as per the latest admission brochure which is uploaded by the university, it is offering a total of 07 seats out of a total of 122 seats in its BA.LLB course to MP State OBC students so it is not true that the university is not offering reservation to state domicile OBC students.

Eligibility to take admission for B.A.L.L.B in any college is having passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with a recommended minimum of 50% on aggregate. Candidates having above qualification can apply for the course.

According to the Rank Predictor Tool, your expected rank comes out to be around 1 to 217 in the Unreserved category.
Now, as per the previous year cutoff trends, the cutoff rank for a State General candidate was 419 and for a State general Female candidate, the cutoff rank was 428. These ranks are for the BA LLB course in NLIU Bhopal.
For LLM, the cutoff rank for a general candidate was 419 and for a female candidate, it was 435.
Now, if your actual rank comes out to be more or less or better than the predicted rank you might have a chance in the topmost NLUs.

Its very tough to decide between the two both the NLU's are ranked one above the other in top 10,both the NLU's are the topmost NLU's so you can opt whichever NLU you like irrespective of anything, both provide good exposure, both provide excellent opportunities, GNLU is ranked 6 and NLIU bhopal ranked 7, yes comparisons can be done on the basis of geographical factors,you can decide any of the above based on location , feasibility of travel from your hometown etc etc.
GNLU: Diverse batch profile. Better rank quotient, more uniform batch. Established NLU, batch diversity due to women & NRI seats
NLIU Bhopal :One of the oldest NLUs. Slightly high rank quotient => less uniform batch, lesser % of unreserved seats to total
