I HAVE GOT 2220 RANK...CAN I GET ANY OF THE NLUs IN 2nd or 3rd ALLOTMENT?
Here is a list of all NLUs and their respective cut offs in 2017 for the general category. You don't seem to have much chance for an NLU considering your rank and if you belong to the general category in any allotment lists. But you do have fair chance in the vacancies in the lower or middle tier NLUs, if any.

I do not think that you will get an NLU on this rank, Try harder Next time!!
Sir, In CLAT 2018 my marks is 88 i belong to OBC CATEGORY ranking 479 is there any chance of getting any NLUs??

I am sorry to say that with this marks and rank, you will not be able to get into NLUs as you do not meet the cutoff for NLUs in the OBC Category. You can go for counselling and get into some other good colleges.

As per your rank, its seems difficult to get admission in any NLU's but you can always go for private college.

Sorry to inform you but you cannot get admission in any of the colleges with supplementary in class 12th. For getting admission in any college you first need to clear your class 12th without clearing it you cannot get admission. As you have to submit your 12th marksheet at the college .
