The chances are negligible as the rank is not good, but dont loose hope and also look for other colleges and dont restrict yourself to NLU only and widen your choices, this is the only suggestion.

As per your all India rank and SC rank there are no chan that you get admission in NLU so I would advise you that try for some other university.
My AIR is 5055 and Ive scored 89.5 marks in CLAT 2018. Do I stand a chance to get into any NLUs?
