Now coming to your query, after analysing this year’s CLAT 2019 exam it can be said that the paper was quite easy this year and one can expect cut-offs to go high this year. For the General category an individual can expect cut-off to set around 155-160 for top National Law Schools (NLUs), in SC category cut-off can be around 115-120 for top NLUs, and around 115 in case of ST category for top NLUs.

According to the previous year’s cut-off trend, cut-offs for women quota fluctuate only slightly from the set cut-off. So now you can accordingly mark your expectation for the top NLUs.

Your sister's clat score is decent, she can get NLUs but it would be low rankings nlus and she might get admission in 2nd or 3rd round of counselling.

You have got a good rank and so you have chances of getting national law Universities like

TNNLS TIRUCHIRAPALLI. previous year cutoff was 1186 for 1st round.

For NLU odisha you have less chances though in 3rd round you have chances.

Considering your rank you may expect a call form one of the following National Law University; 

1. NLU,  Assam, 

2. DSNLU,  Vizag

3. NUSRL. 

4.NLU,  Jabalpur

You may expect call even after the counseling process is over and notification for vacant seats notifications will be out. 

The cut off of the Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur, for the year 2019-2020, for any courses has not been announced yet.
