Yes, you have a really good chance to make it to one of the National Law University. You may get into one of the following NLU;
1. RMLNLU, Lucknow
2. RGNLU, Patiala
3. CNLU, Patna
4.NLU, Assam

First of all congrats for securing 793 rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very high chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling is all yours :)
I am assuming you a general candidate (for reserved category it will be much easier) As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 NLUs Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last round for getting top colleges .

I Have Secured AIR 14387 In Clat 2019.I have scored 92.25 marks.Isthere any chance of qualifying in any of the 3 provisional lists of NLU
Here is a list of NLUs and their respective cut offs for the general category for admission through CLAT in the previous year. You can expect a similar range of cut off ahead too. With a rank in the range of 14k you don't have any chances in any of the NLUs as the cut offs are too high. But you can apply for private colleges accepting CLAT scores.
