I got 11745 AIR and category(sc) rank 288 state karnataka, women. what is the possibility of getting an NLU?

First of all congrats forr securing good rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very high chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling is all yours :)
I am assuming you a general candidate (for reserved category it will be much easier) As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 NLUs Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last round for getting top colleges .

The money nlus take in the form of DD along with nri sponsored category documents if i do not get admission in that nlu will it be returned.

Hi, In third list even lowest NLU showing no vacant seat.Does it mean that there will not be any vacant seat offer from any NLU.
