As per last year cut off details , you have moderate chances to get admission in NLU Trichy through your OBC rank . Last year cut off for this college was -> 4006 for OBC

The rank scored by you is really impressive and the college which you are looking for is also one of the top college with a good academic record, so you should definitely give a try though it is quite tough due to very high cutoffs and competition but as you have mentioned about OBC, hence you can apply in that category as well which might increase your chance.
