What is the admission procedure for vacant seats in nlu after last merit list is declared
Dear,
The seats will be allotted to the candidates as per their NLUs’ choice-preference and based on their rank. In case any seat gets vacant, the preferred NLU on the higher preference of candidate’s choice will be allotted to them automatically. Even after the last list, there are vacant seats then nlu will put it on their website and let you know about it. They will specify the procedure on their site itself. So be in touch with the site.
Hope this helps!
I got 75 marks from OBC in clat 2019 any possibility to get admission in any nlu
HELLO JAISHREE ,
According to your question as you have mentioned that you scored 75 marks in CLAT examination and want to know that in NLU whether you get admission or not so if consider to last year cut off it is quite difficult but many be you get admission in 3RD OR 4RTH CUT – OFF but not in 1st or in 2nd cut – off so you have to be very much prepared so that in the end you will not be disappointed.
National Law University, Odisha has released the cut off for CLAT 2019 on June 14, 2019. The Common Law Admission Test was conducted on May 26 and the result of CLAT 2019 was declared on June 14. Based on the marks and rank secured, law aspirants can refer to the CLAT cut off 2019 to get an idea of the institute they might be allotted. Candidates can check the CLAT 2019 cut offs online. The cut-off for CLAT 2019 is different for candidates belonging to different categories, thus CLAT aspirants are advised to take all the factors into consideration while referring to the CLAT cut off 2019. hi apurva
all top NLU (it will be little tough you are from general category) . So you
have very high chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else
last round counselling is all yours :)
yoU are a general candidate (for
reserved category it will be much easier) As per previous year cutoff and
trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 NLUs Though it will tough
for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last
round for getting top colleges .
My CLAT 2019 rank is 1345,is there any possibility of admission in NLU for LLM course?

my air is2450 and my nri rank is 154 is there any possibility of getting admission in jodhpur
Hello Kanishkakansal
CLAT is a National level entrance examination for getting admission into various NLUs across India.
With your above mentioned rank and NRI quota it's difficult to fetch a seat in NIT Jodhpur but you will easily get admission in HNLU Shimla. I'll suggest you to wait till the final rounds of counselling as you have slight chances of getting NLU Jodhpur that time.
For some useful details about NLU Jodhpur, click on the link given below:-

Hope this helps.
Good luck!!

Thank you
My clat pg 2019 rank 3617 and OBC rank 475 admission possible in nlu
Hi Prakash,
National law Universities are prestigious universities which opens many gates for their students. Getting in an NLU is an achievement in itself. Since, they are such high ranked law schools, their cutoffs are also expected to go high.
This year's 1st and 2nd merit lists have been released, but with these marks you don't have much of a chance of getting in NLU. If you really wish to get in NLU then you should give CLAT next year and score high enough to get in NLU. Otherwise you can check out other colleges except NLUs.
If you want to check out the 1st and 2nd merit list. And also the previous years cutoff trends, you can click on the link below:-

My rank is 811 in clat pg 2019. I belong to general category. Can i get nlu jodhpur or rgnul patiala?
hii
The closing rank for NLU Jodhpur is somewhat around 232 and RGNLU Patiala the closing rank is 325 so it seems difficult for you to get into any of this
Thank you
I have scored 137 marks and AI 1767. May I get changes for admission in any NLU in third provisional list.
The cut off for admission in any of the National Law Universities through CLAT in the previous year was a rank in the range of 1600 for the general category. Considering that your rank is 1767, you do not seem to have any chances for any of the National LawUniversities if you belong to the general category. Usually there are vacancies in the lower NLUs as people leave their seats for other colleges. You do have have a fair chance then. But vacancies are very uncertain and you might/ might not have a chance. Also, if you have other optiona various non NLU law colleges and even private colleges are better than the lower tier NLUs. So you can prefer joining those instead of waiting for vacancies. As far as the last allotment lists are concerned your chances aren't much.
Other than colleges with their own entrances, There are various Private Colleges that accept CLAT scores other than the National Law Universities.
Jindal Global Law School, Sonepat
Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai
NIRMA UNIVERSITY, Ahmedabad
You might even have a chance in IP University Delhi if you had applied there
Best of luck
