I got 70 marks in clat.... Can I get admission in nlu college in obc categorie
Hey there
You have low score so have very less chances of getting a national law University.
Check clat cutoff

Hii! I got 77 marks in clat from OBC category . Is there is any chance to get admission in NLU..??
This year as the CLAT paper was easier, the cut offs are expected to go high. The level of the paper was similar to 2016's paper and hence a higher cut off is expected. Considering that you score around 70 marks and belong to the OBC category you don't seem to have much chance for admission in any of the NLUs. The cut off for general category may close around 100-110 and there is not much difference in OBC and general'a cut off. It's mot more than 5-10 marks. Hence with a score around 70 you don't seem to have much chances.
There are various private colleges accepting CLAT scores for admission you can try for those instead.
Best of luck
I have scored 83 only is there any chance of admission in NLU ???
Hey there!
CLAT 2019 paper has been among the easiest in the history of this exam and hence, the cutoffs are very much expected to be on the higher side. Don't be disheartened, but with a score of 83, there is certainly no chance of getting any NLU unless you have a reservation category or domicile.
Either you can opt to appear for CLAT again or else you can join a private university, some of which like Christ University and M S Ramaiah College of law are totally worth the time and money and in fact, better than some of the lower ranked NLUs.
At the end its your call.So decide what is best for you.
All the best. Hope it helps.
I have scored 94.25 in CLAT 2019 in general category. Will I get admission in any NLU.
Hey Samarth!
As you must be knowing, the CLAT exam this year was easy for most candidates and hence, the cutoffs are expected to rise. I don't want to disappoint you but without any reservation or domicile it is hard for you to make it to any of the NLUs right now. In all probability, the cutoff for General category would go north of 115. Even in the subsequent lists, it is unlikely to come down to less than 100. But there still might be a chance for you to make it to an NLU through the vacant seats which are available in most of the newer NLUs once the counselling process is over. You might try your luck there.
All the best. Hope it helps you.
Do I need to show Domicile certificate of my state even if I get admission in a NLU of different state during CLAT 2019 admission process?
No, you do not need to show your domicile certificate if you're seeking admission in a state other than the State where your domicile lies. The domicile certificate will be necessary only where you are availing the benefit due to your domicile or claiming a seat reserved for a state's domicile students. For admission in any other NLU where your domicile doesn't lie you will not be required to produce your domicile certificate. You need to keep these certificates in hand.

i am scoring 117.5 in clat 2019 can i get nlu jodhpur?
Hey Aryma,
Cut offs for different NLUs change every year depending on how the students have performed and many other factors. Last year the cut off for NLU jodhpur was 118 for general category. This year, the cut off is expected to get little low, as mentioned by the candidates the exam was difficult than the last year this time. However you can't be certain about it but you do do have a great chance of getting into NLU jodhpur. Hope this helps, and thank you for asking question here at careers360.
i got 95 marks in clat 2019 obc category girl can i get an admission any low nlu
ofcourse you cannot get admission in topnotch NLU,s as this time the cutoff will go higher than previous year due to easy paper.being obc it will be tough but not impossile for you to get admission in low ranked NLU's such as aurangabad, nagpurand guwahati as from 2018 cutoff list these colleges staring marks were from 90 so you may have chance to get these NLU's.
i am scoring 117.5 in clat then can i get nlu jodhpur ?
Dear aspirant,
If i am not misinterpreting then you scored 117.5/200 in clat , according to previous years (which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year, depending upon level of difficulty of clat this year,no of candidates applying to nlu jodhpur this year from general category ) score vs rank analysis your rank is expected to lie b/w the range 245-945, cut off rank was NLU jodhpur during last year was 340 in roung 4 for AI UR for ba llb, so you might get a seat if rank fall between 245-350.
