I am sorry to say this but based on your rank You no chance of getting a National law university based on inputs given by you, ie 90 marks in CLAT if you belong to unreserved category 

Instead i would suggest you to try in some private law college.

Mam/Sir , I got 108.5 in CLAT 2019. I'm expecting for HNLU raipur.Do I  have a chance of admission in HNLU Raipur? Also I didn't submitted my domicile certificate back then can I use it during counseling?

Hello Ishan, on the basis of 2018 closing rank marks, you can get admission in NLUs like NLU, Patna(closing rank marks of 104.5), NLU, Cuttack(closing rank cutoff of 104.5), National University of study and research in law(NUSRL), Ranchi(closing rank marks of 97).

NLUO Cuttack will announce the result of CLAT 2019 tentatively in the first week of June 2019. Candidates will get access to the CLAT 2019 Result in online mode. Candidates will get information on their qualifying status in the CLAT 2019 Result. To check the result of CLAT 2019, candidates will have to provide registration number or roll number along with the date of birth to download their CLAT Result 2019. After the declaration of the result, candidates will be called for the counselling and admission procedure further.

Assuming you're from general category, with 96.5 marks, your predicted rank is in between 2k-3k in the general merit list. Your marks are low to be considered in the top NLUs in the country as per previous years' trends till the 1st cutoff. What about vivekanand college of professional studies under ipu in delhi

As per 2018,Many NLU are available for this cutoff range. 

So,You have a chance to get into NLU with this score based on your category.

You can get the admission in NLU...But You can't get the top colleges for these marks.

Nobody can anticipate what will be cutoff for the CLAT this year, however in the wake of investigating the previous year patterns on the off chance that you are scoring 90 marks and have a place from amount you can make into a NLU.

The cut off for NLU jabalpur for SC category is 55-60, So 68 is a pretty good score according to that. You have high chances for getting into NLU Jabalpur with these marks.
