Considering your rank you seem to have a fair chance for admission in NLU Kochi and Vizag through the vacancies. But the probability of a vacancy arising cannot be determined.
All the NLUs will deal with the process of filling up vacancies on their own. So, i would suggest you to stay updated on amy notices regarding the vacancies on the respective official sites of the NLUs as with your rank you do have a chance in lower tier NLUs through Vacancies.

You have a fair chance for Lower tier NLUs in Vacancies through. All the Nlus will fill up their vacancies, if any on their own. Dear you can easily get admission in any of the NLU by your SC rank but in which NLU can't be said as it all depends upon the availability of the seat . If you want admission in NLU in state which you are domicile then you can also give separate exam of that NLU and depending upon your rank you will get the admission.

You can do BALLB from The Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, For prospectus follow the given link Last date for form Submission @ TNDALU is June 29 .
You can also do Five year LLB programme from SGGSWU Fatehgarh Sahib (Last date Aug. 14). Both Universities give admission on the basis of marks obtained in Class 12. I hope it helps.

With the All India rank of 1075 in CLAT exam, it is not possible for you to get an admission in National Law University Jodhpur, but still you can wait for the cutoffs to be out.
