Given that your category is good you have a very slignt chance of making it to RMLNLU. Generally admissions at RMLNLU closes at around 600. However if in case of any vacant seat any seat is left then your name may be kept in the waiting list otherwise you are easily getting into RGNLU.

1. RMLNLU,  Lucknow

2.GNLU

3. HNLU

4. RGNLU, Patiala

5. CNLU, Patna

6. NLIU,  Bhopal (Should be your 2nd preference after RMLNLU since you are from Lucknow)

You don't have to apply anymore for a seat at any of the National Law University,  you will be allotted a seat according to your rank and if there is any reservation for J&K residents you will surely be considered for the same. Your marks are on the lower side and chances of getting into one of the NLU is a little difficult but if your category rank is good then you will definitely get into one of the NLU.

As per the tentative schedule and past year trends, generally the classes for LLM at all National law Universitites are started after the admission rounds and counsellings of all rounds of admission are over. It takes around a month to wind up the post examination and admission process. Since the results were declared on 14June2019 and the last date i.e 20july2019 till which the final statuses of all the selected candidates will be declared is scheduled, the session for 2019-2020 for llm will tentatively commence from the beginning of August.

First of all congrats for securing 2k rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very high chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling is all yours :)

I am assuming you a general candidate (for reserved category it will be much easier) As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 NLUs Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last round for getting top colleges .
